About Us

Pulse for Hope Projects (Pty) Ltd, based in Gauteng, was established in 2015, driven by the passion of two South African females who sought to create a formidable entity in the property/building management and maintenance fraternity. The vision and logistical engagement for such an entity, was facilitated by Ayanda Maphumulo (MSocSc, University of Pretoria), supported by her sister and business partner Nonzuzo Mbokazi (PhD, UCT).

Over the years, the two have been able to aptly leverage their professional and personal property and building science experience to create a competitive enterprise that provides simple, but effective solutions in the built environment.

Pulse for Hope Projects ensures that the scale and layout of projects have been thought through prior to construction. A holistic approach is created that suits the property’s and occupants’ needs and aesthetic palate. We provide environmentally kind solutions to common landscaping challenges pertaining to the precarious quadro of slopes, wind, sun (and) or lack of space.

Through strategic partnerships, Pulse for Hope Projects has managed to retain a footprint in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Limpopo provinces. The company has managed to attract significant projects that have turned into calculated value-addition for shareholders, directors and employees. Our business prowess spans across commercial and industrial works and projects for SMMEs, local municipalities and provincial departments.

Through our dedicated team of professionals, administration staff, portfolio managers, handyman leads, electrician leads, plumbing and specialist leads including general workers, we have significantly made strides in not only anchoring a compelling position in the market but in also positioning ourselves as a loyal and trusted partner to our clients.
